Yup. She’s including herself in the family’s needs for rhetorical reasons, but in fact doesn’t actually eat.
She “eats” the steam and scents from the food. ^^
She’s got a right to be concerned. Nansa seems to be getting more and more violent with each appearance. For now, she has an outlet, but if this keeps up, she could turn on her “sisters” and that would be bad.
I like how the last line almost completely obviates the promise.
